Information on the Canada Post Strike
There is a current Canada Post strike affecting customers for our Canadian deliveries. Those is larger cities can still purchase items and have them shipped by Chit Chats Canada Tracked. Please contact us to see if your eligable for this low cost solution.
All US orders are NOT shipped via Canada Post, but are sent through USPS First Class mail with tracking.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping services? Yes, all orders come beautifully packaged in a monogrammed black velvet bag. If you would like your item giftwrapped, you can add that upon checkout for an additional cost.
5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom and personalized items as well as earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-refundable.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days within the US and 5-12 business days within Canada and internationally will vary depending on your location.
